Sriracha Popper Chicken with Veggie Ready Green Beans
If you like spicy chicken dishes this one is for you! Our sriracha infused gourmet sea salt will set off any chicken dish with the sweet heat of sriracha sauce. Serve with your choice of vegetable. We like green beans! But brussel sprouts and asparagus are also great choices.
Ingredients -
2 Chicken Breasts
1/2 cup Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese
2 TBSP Bacon Crumbles
Green Beans
White Onions
Spice Crave Sriracha Gourmet Sea Salt
Spice Crave Veggie Ready Seasoning Blend
Cooking Instructions -
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
On a medium pan, add oil and Sriracha Gourmet Sea Salt
Add chicken breasts, half cook.
Set chicken aside and cover with foil.
In a mixing bowl, mix green beans, a dash of oil, and a TBSP of Veggie Ready Seasoning.
Add green beans to an oven safe pan and cook for 7 minutes.
Remove pan from hot oven.
Push green beans to the side of the pan, add Chicken Breasts.
Cook in oven for 3 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar and bacon bits.
Remove pan from oven.
Apply cheese mixture to the top of the chicken breasts.
Put the dish back into the oven to cook for 5 minutes.
While dish cooks, lightly slice slivers of onions, bread and fry in medium pan on med-high heat.
Cheese should lightly brown and bubble when ready.
Remove from the oven, top green beans with onions, portion per plate and serve.
