FREE SHIPPING
Spice Crave may offer free shipping in the contiguous US on all shipments over $50. Free shipping will be applied automatically to all qualifying orders. Contiguous or Lower 48 States refers to the States in Mainland USA; Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories are not qualifying orders for Free Shipping.

US ORDERS UNDER $50

Orders that do not qualify for free shipping will have their shipping options and fees calculated during checkout. You can upgrade shipping in many cases for a nominal cost.

AK, HI and US TERRITORIES

Shipping prices to these destinations are calculated based on weight and zip code. The price and arrival date will be shown at checkout. Most shipments to these areas take additional time to arrive.

PO BOXES, APO and FPO

We do ship to PO boxes. Shipments to PO boxes located in the contiguous US qualify for free shipping. Shipping prices on orders to PO boxes in other locations are calculated based on weight and zip code.

CANADA

Shipping prices to Canada are calculated based on weight and postal code. All prices are shown in USD. You are responsible for the duties and taxes if imposed by your country's customs.

INTERNATIONALSHIPPING

Shipping prices to other international destinations are calculated based on weight and postal code and/or country. The price and estimated arrival date will be shown at checkout. All prices shown are in USD.

DELIVERY TIMES

The exact shipping time depends on many factors, such as availability of the ingredients to make the spice. We pride ourselves on the freshness of our spices, so spices are made to order! Usually shipping times are 3-5 days for handling and depending on the service you chose at checkout, the shipping times range from 3 to 8 days to the lower 48 states!

RUSH SHIPPING
Depending on the availability of items and ability of our fulfillment provider, we may sometimes offer rush handling during checkout for a small fee. Rush handling bumps you to the front of the line, and your order will usually ship the same or next day. Orders without rush handling generally ship within 2-5 business days. Please note that shipping service and transit time remain unaffected, and choosing an expedited shipping method, such as UPS Next Day, does not automatically include rush handling.

RETURNS

Refund/Returns are only granted for UNOPENED PRODUCTS, UP TO 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE. The fresh seal must be intact to obtain a refund.

If a miss-ship occurs, contact customer support and we will RE-SHIP the correct products. In most cases we will not require a return of product.
