This blend can be added to almost any meat and it packs a small punch of heat. It is especially good on Chicken but can be used on any meat of your choice. Mix one tablespoon of seasoning to one tablespoon of olive oil and baste your chicken. I usually triple this mix when baking a pan full of thighs or breast. Add a few quartered lemons in the baking dish and bake with it for added flavor. Don’t forget to squeeze some of those baked lemons over the chicken when done.
-Ingredients: Hot Paprika, Fennel, Paprika, Salt, Black Pepper, Garlic
